If there is one thing that those of us who live in Santiago de Compostela have learned, it is that there are many ways to venture out on one of the most enriching and exciting journeys that can be made today.

That's why in 2019 we are creating a travel agency specialising in the Camino de SantiagoWe brought together the experience of pilgrims and Camino specialists who had been working on the Camino since 2010. We did this in the midst of the current model of fast tourism that covers everything, but betting on the opposite.

In 2024, that agency called Proguias gave way to ViandoA bigger project in terms of our human and technical team and more ambitious in terms of the number of destinations we work with. A new agency for the Camino de Santiago, but also for long-distance routes in places as diverse as Italy, Japan or Scotland.

What did not change in 2024 was the way we work. What we do is organise active holidays for open-minded people who want to explore the world and understand, as we do, the transformative potential of travel rich in experiences and taken one step at a time, taking as long as it takes. 

This means that we treat each traveller individuallyWe tailor each programme to your needs and interests, and prepare it as if we were doing it for ourselves.

The aim is to change the way you travel to enable you to explore beyond the most crowded placesYou will also be able to engage with local communities, overcome a challenge that will make you grow and maximise the benefit of your trip.
